The attention to detail is impressive, with clean and spacious rooms on the second floor, complete with balconies. The location is perfect, situated in a good place with many good restaurants nearby. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.

The owners were helpful and were very good too make our stay enjoyable. They arranged taxi services for us and even organized a boat trip for a fish picnic. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was great too. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Ulcinj. I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were great and we especially enjoyed the rooftop sundeck with its fine views. the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated having private parking available for our car.

Nice big room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The staff were moderately friendly and did some cleaning every day. It was only a 15-minute walk to the beach, which was amazing.

Presentation on the website was misleading; there was no cooking staff in the room and the so-called sea view wasn't even there.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this cozy and quiet guesthouse. Loved the staff! They were super friendly and always ready to recommend local spots and help out with anything. Fresh fruits were growing around the area which was a bonus. the guesthouse was situated at a perfect distance from the beach and main city which made it accessible but not overcrowded. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was small and a bit old-fashioned. the breakfast was repetitive and the wifi didn't work well in the room.
